Administrative assistant for Children and Family Ministries

The administrative assistant will manage the information side of communication and interaction with families. This person will be responsible for record-keeping, data entry and management, scheduling and communication with volunteers. This person will be behind the scenes support, but will need a flexible and cheery approach towards children and parents and their needs and schedules. The successful candidate will be comfortable using Office 365. Understanding Realm would be a plus. The successful individual should have an ability to listen and collaborate, be able to take initiative, and be well-organized.
This position reports to the Director of Children and Family Ministries. Part-time, on average 10 hours per week, with more hours during busier times of the year (May, August, December). $15 / hour. Click here for a full job description.
