The Preschool Director is responsible for all aspects of establishing and operating a morning half-day preschool program for children ages 1 year through pre-kindergarten. This includes leadership of marketing and advertising, staff recruitment, child enrollment processes, curriculum development, classroom management, staff development, communications, and preschool P&L.  The program currently has three classrooms – one for 2s, one for 3s, and one for 4s.

The PCA provides administrative support for Program staff, oversees the weekly production of communication projects and provides a central point of contact for marketing, social media and website content to contract vendors.  In addition, the PCA manages office volunteers and provides general administrative support to facilitate day-to-day operations.

The DCAM oversees A/V production at University UMC, assists with University UMC’s communications, and serves as worship leader for Kindred Church.
