The Preschool Director is responsible for all aspects of establishing and operating a morning half-day preschool program for children ages 1 year through pre-kindergarten. This includes leadership of marketing and advertising, staff recruitment, child enrollment processes, curriculum development, classroom management, staff development, communications, and preschool P&L.  The program currently has three classrooms, one for 2s, one for 3s and one for 4s.

The PCA provides administrative support for Program staff, oversees the weekly production of communication projects and provides a central point of contact for marketing, social media and website content to contract vendors.  In addition, the PCA manages office volunteers and provides general administrative support to facilitate day-to-day operations.

The DCAM oversees A/V production at University UMC, assists with University UMC’s communications, and serves as worship leader for Kindred Church.
