2018 MLK Day of Service
January 15, 2018 @ 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm
On MLK Day, January 15, 2018, University UMC church members will come together in service to our community. Participants will share a brief service of prayer and devotion at the church beginning at 12:30, then work on a variety of service activities from 1:00-3:00pm at the church. Light refreshments will be served.
There are numerous ways to help — most require no special skills or abilities. Please note that some of these activities will be held at University UMC and others will be held offsite. More opportunities to serve will be added, as volunteer spots fill up. If you have any questions, ideas, or would like to help in other ways, please email Outreach Team co-chair Katie Kross.
